Looking for common room with aircon. With use of fridge, heater and washing machine. Wifi and tv not required. If I'm home I'll stay in my room most of the time. Only during off days. Im a shift worker, hence my working hours are not fixed. But mostly I work afternoon to night as much as possible. I'm easy going, I'm not nosey. I prefer to be left alone, so won't be annoying. If there is any gathering at home, im ok as well. I sleep late so I'm not afraid of noise at night. Unless it's sexual noises..lastly I'm honest and straightforward. If there is anything we can discuss further. I'm mostly accommodating to the environment.
A very sociable person that is looking for a place to call it home and where my roommates can be friends. - Will not be at home most of the time during weekends. - Will be out working morning to evening during weekdays. - Love to cook and hoping to share the joy with flatmates. - Love to travel around as well, so during my holidays you probably won’t be seeing me often around in the house.
We are newly weds from Philippines. We love to explore, chill with nature, and keep ourselves fit. Husband is EP in Singapore for 8 years and wife is coming over soon as dependent. Privacy is very important to us. We appreciate cleanliness.
We are easy-going, neat, clean, hygienic, quiet, respectful, friendly and cheering, open-minded and self-sufficient people. We love animals and having great conversations, and would love to live in a fuss-free environment without judgement or scrutiny.
I’m an interior designer so I got a few knacks when it comes to making house look and feel more cozy and beautiful. Having been living independently since I was a student, I know how to live harmoniously with a proper boundary for privacy with other people.
I am a friendly relaxed guy looking for a place to live in Singapore. I like to play squash/tennis, video games etc. I am quite well traveled and have lived and worked in many big cities.
I'm a 33-year old American-born Filipino working in the media industry. Non-smoker. Drink only for socials. When I'm not training with my dragon boat team, I normally keep to myself or watch Netflix or play video games. I'd like to learn cooking perhaps. Sometimes I like to have close friends visit. I'm openly gay and expect it not to be a problem with my future flatmates. I'm fun, fresh, and friendly. I'm the kind of guy who'll buy extra bread or who'll grab some cup cakes and pass it onto flatmates.

Hi! Female, chinese, 23, Singaporean. Working full-time. Ideally I won’t be home much. I’m looking for roommates for a preferably anywhere within a walkable MRT line. I know realistically, at my budget I’d need either a very middle-of-nowhere location or a really crappy place. I’m obviously fine with both. All I need is my own room, doesn’t matter if it’s small, and someone who isn’t messy with the bathrooms. Also, the cheaper the better. Will only be able to move in about April or May. Ultilities, deposit, etc to be split fairly. Ideally we won’t have a live-in landlord type situation.
Singaporean female Chinese working in the fashion and retail industry. Clean, neat and tidy. Smokes only outside. Independant, easygoing and sociable. Animal lover, hiking and traveling (every few months). My weekends are usually relaxed with ice latte/wine or at fun music gigs/art exhibitions Looking for like minded housemates to share an apartment with, let's connect! 🤙🏼🤙🏼
I am respectful and very tidy. I like to keep things as I would like to of found them so therefore I clean as I go and I am mindful of being quiet in a place shared with others. However, I am also easy going and very sociable and will easily get along with others around me.
We are Filipinos, working professionally as an Interior Designer and an Architect. We travel a lot while we can but at the same time we do not neglect our responsibilities in the house. We love to meet our friends for a drink or two. Our families loves to visit as well whenever they can!
I'm a full-time graphic designer and I'm an easy-going and carefree person. Well, most of the time after a long day at work I would love to come back to a quiet and peaceful home. A little company would be great as well for everyone to talk about their days once in awhile :D
I'm a female professional looking for a quiet place to be an oasis. I am also interested in intentional community around spirituality. I imagine my future home to be a place for art jamming, cooking (you are welcome to my food!), and rest.
