I am a Malaysian from Kuala Lumpur. I am moving to Singapore as my company is transferring me over to our Changi Headquarters this November 2018. I am an organised and quiet person who's favourite past times are reading books, savour a cup of aromatic coffee, jogging, swimming, hiking, simple cooking and watching Netflix programmes. I am able to behave well as a tenant. Since my times in university to work, I have had rented room/ house in Kuala Lumpur, United Kingdom and also Metro Manila for each agreement exceeding a year. I believe in mutual respect and creating adequate space between the owner and of course being a tenant myself. With this, we are able to maintain good relationship! ;)
I can cook, and don’t mind mopping. I don’t leave the sink cluttered with dishes BUT don’t leave it always to me.. hahaha i am also open to animals, Dogs, Cats (I don’t mind). I golf, bike, yoga, bike for pleasure & of course a foodie

Non smoking professional. Looking for like minded roommates who are easy to live with as friends. No preference of gender or race of flatmates. PS: my prev post was filled with responses for either HDBs, OR from home owners sharing a room in the property, OR from property agents, OR from couples looking for an additional person. I am not interested in such accommodation and will result in wasting both your time and mine calling you up or viewing your property. So, pls respond only if you are one of the professionals (prefer no students) who is looking for a roommate. Thanks, Sm

Hello, I'm Chinese Australian working in the East of Singapore. I'm looking for a studio apartment, a master bedroom or room with adjoining bathroom to rent, with no owner. I'm a neat and tidy person who loves cooking, wine and good conversation. I would occasionally host guests. I'm looking at 6 to 9 months tenancy but will be glad to extend up to 1 year. It would be great if the rental includes utilities (don't mind splitting a reasonable bill), aircon and internet/wifi. I can take up tenancy by late February or March 2018. I'm open to other areas in the east, including Simei, Bedok, Katong, Siglap and East Coast areas. I don't mind teaming up with someone to co-lease an apartment.
25 year old Malaysian Chinese working as a Programmer. Looking for a place to rent East side of Singapore :) Passions: DJ, Breakdance, Music, Video Games I travel a lot for competitions and gigs! I don't make too much noise and respect everyone's space and privacy. However, I do like to bring friends around from time to time to hang out and for them to stay over too.
An organized and clean person that loves to keep things tidy and quiet. As an introvert, I would prefer not to share rooms with anyone because I like my own space and I respect privacy very much. I do not mind staying with other like-minded tenants or single owners and rather stay in a quiet environment.
Hi there! It's Zoé here, just an ordinary girl that's in search for a place to rent for the next 6 - 12 months in Singapore as I will soon be commencing my duty with Singapore airlines by the mid of December 2017. :) My monthly budget for the accommodation is $900, anything below $900 will be exceptionally better definitely as I do not want to trouble my parents with the rent and funds. Just a quick intro abt myself: - I'm a Swiss Hospitality & Design Managment graduate. Yay! :D - I believe that I am an open & friendly (yet awkward) person, shy at the beginning but "loud & happy" when I become comfortable around new people.. - I do tend to stay in my room pretty often = I won't simply disturb/trouble/make unnecessary fuss - I can and mostly communicate in English. I do speak Madarin & Malay once in awhile and a little bit of Hokkien, French, German and Malaysian Sign Language. - I bring my ukulele along with me most of the time where ever I go :) And I will play my ukulele once in a while for fun. (but i wont play it too loud until it affects the neighbours/other roomates) - I do respect people's privacy and would also hope for the same in return :) - lastly, I won't bite so lets be friends. hehe.. I'm currently looking around these areas : Changi, Tampines, Pasir Ris, Bedok, Payar Lebar and Punggol.. (if possible, located near the SIA Training Center), in hopes to come across: - a one bed room that has an attached bathroom (preferable) / private bathroom (detached is also alright) - a place where I am allowed to cook (I will only cook and prepare my meals on the weekends & in the evening during weekdays after my training. Furthermore, I promise I will not make a mess in the kitchen and I am certain that I wont be cooking too often either for I usually will prepare my meals 1-2 days in advance and store them in the fridge. ) - able to do my laundry in the apartment will be great - any supermarkets/shopping malls/convenient store/hawker store around the vicinity is a big plus point but i'm not too fussy if there arent any near by. :) - any bus station/mrt staions nearby will also be a conveniece for me, but again I am not too fussy on that either. I'll find other ways to commute to my destination. With that being said, thank you for reading up my profile. I'm hoping to find a suitable place to stay as well as I hope that I will be a suitable tenant/roomate for you too. :) Have a great day. Cheers!
